Achieving Knowledge Excellence

This year’s conference will focus on putting learning at the heart of the organisation.

  • What influences and drives organisational learning?
  • How can we create the strategies for sustained success?

Over the two days you will be able to explore current thinking about people, performance, learning and organising with leading thinkers and authors in the field of business and management. On Day 1 the emphasis is on application and practice, and Day 2 on thinking differently.

Day 1

The agenda on Day 1 is designed with KM, HR, Learning & Development and OD professionals in mind. Business and academic speakers will be sharing their thoughts and experiences around improving knowledge work in organisations.

The conference will be opened by Hubert Saint-Onge of SaintOnge Alliance. Hubert has been a thought leader in the field of knowledge management for more than fifteen years. The speaker at the conference dinner in the evening will be David Gurteen of Gurteen Knowledge.  The Gurteen Knowledge Community is a global learning community of over 18,000 people in 160 countries across the world. Day 2

On Day 2 the emphasis is on thinking differently about organisational learning for organisational success. One of the keynote speakers is Tim Harford, who writes the FT column The Undercover Economist; also the title of his first book which sold over 1 million copies. Tim is a regular contributor on TV and radio on both sides of the Atlantic and his session 'Adapt: Why success always starts with failure' is the title of his latest book."
